A Bartlesville man facing a manslaughter charge from an incident that took place on July 1st, 2014 has waived jury trial, pled guilty, and is scheduled to be sentenced.  Brian James Robertson charge was amended from first degree manslaughter to negligent homicide. 

Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports show that the accident happened on U.S. Highway 75 and County Road 3000 when the Jeep Wrangler Robertson was traveling hit a Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by John Wickham of Ochelata.  His passenger 57-year old Loretta Jean Wickham, died as a result of the accident.

Sentencing scheduled for September 7th.
