Sanchez Preliminary Hearing Set
A December 4th preliminary hearing has been set for a Colorado man who was arrested on drug violations. Jacob Anthony Sanchez is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, and driving a defective vehicle. Back in October, Bartlesville police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Lupa and Woodrow for a break light not functioning. According to a court affidavit, officers found inside the vehicle a bag of meth, smoking pipe, a stolen .22 caliber gun, digital scale, marijuana grinder, and bags of marijuana. The police learned that Sanchez's license was revoked. Sanchez remains in jail on a $75,000 bond.
