A Northeast Oklahoma man who is in Washington County jail for failure to register as a sex offender is now facing a new charge.  46-year old David Wayne Willoughby is charged with child sexual abuse.  According to a court affidavit, a girl told officials from the Department of Human Services Child Welfare office that Willoughby touched her inappropriately in a sexual matter when she was seven years old.  The suspect has a former conviction in Cherokee County on a sex-related charge in 2001.

Willoughby's next court date is June 19th.  Bond was set at $75,000.
