High School Football Kickoff
It is zero week and high school football kicks off across Northeast Oklahoma on Friday.
Bartlesville Radio has you covered with broadcasts and scoreboard shows across Green Country this evening. You can hear previews of area games on our Coach's Corner Page, where there are interviews each week previewing local teams.
A comprehensive preview of all the area games can be heard on Sports Talk 1500 AM - KPGM and FM 99.1 on the Green Country Kickoff Show, as Adam Hooper and Evan Fahrbach talk about this week's matchups.
Dewey takes on the defending 2A state champion Adair Warriors on KRIG 104.9 FM. Kickoff for the Bulldoggers is at 7:00 with pregame at 6:30. Adam Hooper and Tim Howell on the call.
Bartlesville hosts 5A powerhouse McAlester at 7:30 at Custer Stadium. The Bruins quest for back-to-back-to-back playoff appearances begins on Friday evening, Pregame at 7:00 on KWON - AM 1400 and FM 93.3.
Pawhuska starts its 2016 season with new head coach Joe Tillman at Kellyville. For the first time the Huskies game can be heard live over the air-waves on 99.1 FM - KPGM.
And Owasso has a tough task in it's first game, as defending 6A champion's, the Jenks Trojans, come to town. Kickoff at 7:30 with pregame at 7:00 on 100.1 - KYFM
