John and Thompson Lead Bruin Golf

Bartlesville High golf hosted its own tournament, the Bruin Invitational, out at Adam’s Golf Course to much avail on Monday afternoon.

Tanner John finished third overall in the event. John posted a two-round score of 152 with a pair of 76’s. Evan Thompson also finished in the top-10 with an 80 and an 82.

This is the final regular season tournament of the year.

Head coach Jeff Rude says the past week or so has been about his club gaining confidence.

Regionals will be this coming Monday, May 2.
