Lady Bruin Tennis at Regionals
Bartlesville high girl's tennis will have a chance to get all of its girls qualified for state during Regionals on Monday.
Maddie Shelley at No. 1 singles, Annabelle Kelly at No. 2 singles. Parker Cox and Ava Kelly at No. 1 doubles and Brooks Franks and Julia Osburn at No. 2 doubles have been nearly unbeatable this year.
BHS has won every tournament it’s been in but one. The Lady Bruins placed second at an event in Union in mid-April, but won every other event they’ve been in with their top lineup.
Head coach Bryan Reese says the success they’ve had is a product of experience.
The boy’s side is less experienced, but should still have a chance to make some waves a week from today when the guy’s Regional takes place
Weather pending, Girl’s Regionals will be held at Bixby on Monday, with state this weekend.
