Nowata Chamber of Commerce Ready for Pioneer Day

The Nowata Chamber of Commerce is hosting Pioneer Days Saturday, June 1st in downtown Nowata. The festivities will kick off at 11 a.m. with a kiddie car show and bike parade.
The carnival games, food trucks and music will also start at 11 am and run all day until 6 pm. The main event will be the cornhole tournament that is set to run from 2-4 p.m. There will be other competitive games and activities that consist of a doughnut eating contest, skillet toss, and a turtle race.
A foam party will be from 4-6 p.m. to put a bow on the events and wrap up the day. Registration for the cornhole tournament and other competitions will be done on the day of the event.
