Bartlesville Man Facing Felony Firearm Charge

A Bartlesville man is facing a felony charge after allegedly pointing a gun at someone.
24-year-old Brady Drain was charged on Thursday with feloniously pointing a firearm.
According to the Bartlesville Police Department, on May 28 at approximately 3:15 p.m., a car wreck occurred near Drain's residence. Drain allegedly got angry with neighbors who were talking about the accident and grabbed a firearm from his front porch.
According to the Bartlesville Police Department, Drain allegedly pointed the firearm at one of the neighbors standing outside before firing a live round into the air.
Drain will appear in court again on June 13 at 9 a.m. His bond is set at $50,000.
