Bartlesville Man Charged With Possession of CDS

A Bartlesville man is facing misdemeanor charges after allegedly possessing meth.
56-year-old Ronald Cummings was charged on Monday with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and operating a vehicle with an improper tag.
According to the Bartlesville Police Department, on June 27, police performed a traffic stop on Cummings for an improper tag. K9 assistance was provided and gave a positive alert.
According to the Bartlesville Police Department, Cummings allegedly had two grams of methamphetamine in a pocket on his person.
Cummings has been previously convicted of possession of CDS, and has prior felony convictions in 2015 and 2018.
Cummings will appear in court again on Aug. 6 at 9 a.m. He posted a $500 bond.
