City Council Approves Company to Review Adams Golf Course
After 38 years of service to the City of Bartlesville, Jerry Benedict will retire from his role as Golf Professional at Adams Municipal Golf Course in August. This meant that the city council needed to find a company to conduct a comprehensive strategic review of the course moving forward.
Earlier this week, council member Quinn Schipper compared the change-over to when the City became manager of the municipal airport and they had a small amount of time to figure out a plan moving forward. Schipper went on to say that at Monday evening's city council meeting, they approved a contract with JJ Keegan to conduct that review.
The cost for that review is $15,000 and the funds will be paid out of the general fund.
