Copan Football Has All-Star Seniors

Copan football has been hard at work just like many of our other programs in Northeast Oklahoma.

The Hornets had one final event for a couple big-time seniors at the Eight-Man All Star Game over the weekend in Miami at Northeaste

Head coach Trenton Kallenburger got a chance to coach both Teegan Caron and Bryson Kalivoda in the All-Star game. Kalleburger served as an offensive coach to both. He says they set up the event like a college-style event for both of those guys to get one final hurrah in prep football.

Kalleburger details some of the events for those two Hornets at the All-Star Game.

Kalivoda spent most of his time in the trenches, but Caron did a number of things for the East squad. The East team scored on each of the drives those two played.

Kalleburger talks more about Caron’s day.

Kalleburger said Caron had one punt that was more than 40 yards and he also had a crucial fourth down pick up on a scramble from the quarterback spot.

Copan football has been working out over the past three weeks for four days in the morning for summer pride and is also attending 7-on-7 competitions.
