KWON Holds High School Football Preview
If you missed it from this past Saturday, KWON had its annual high school football preview show.
Our KWON’s Coach’s Breakfast Broadcast aired from 7-10 in the morning from Chick-Fil-A in Bartlesville with a dozen high schools throughout Northeast Oklahoma represented.
First year Bartlesville skipper Matt Hennesy spoke on the Bruin’s practice thus far. Hennesy again mentioned how helpful his staff has been during the first part of fall camp.
He went on to talk about running BHS more like a college program.
Hennesy highlighted several standout individual players in the two-deep, including the quarterback, Michael Kent. The backup QB spot is still up in the air for the Bruins, but Kent has a stranglehold on the starting job. He started every game last year as a sophomore and the last four games of his freshman season.
Bartlesville will host Bishop Kelley, Skiatook and Midwest City for a scrimmage on Friday, which will be the first Patriot Auto Clash of the Classes.
