Lady Bruin Slow Pitch State Begins

Also on Thursday, Lady Bruin slow pitch softball heads to the 6A State Tournament. An event that was moved back from Tuesday to Thursday because of the rainy weather across the state.

BHS will face Moore at 1:00 PM. The Lady Bruins enter the event at 30-9 following three wins over Claremore and Edmond Deer Creek during the Bartlesville Regional last weekend.

Third straight softball season that the Lady Bruins have been to State.

Head coach Kyle Minton says that experience should help. 

Should Bartlesville beat Moore on Thursday afternoon, BHS would take on the winner of Bixby and Choctaw at 5:30 PM in the semifinals.

The entire State tournament takes place on Thursday.
