Lady Bruin Tennis Wins East Side Regional

Bartlesville High girl’s tennis was a Regional champion yesterday at Tulsa Union, as BHS should again have a great chance at placing some athletes at State.

Abby Shelley at No. 1 singles again won a Regional title. Shelley was the lone Lady Bruin to pick up a gold medal.

Everyone else for BHS finished second. Sophie Kelley at No. 2 singles. Then the doubles duos of Claire Auschwitz and Ava Kate Craig and Kayleigh Khan and Dani Rodriguez were also second place finishers.

6A State will be on Friday and Saturday at the Oklahoma City Tennis Center.
