Nowata Football to Wrap Up Spring with Scrimmage
Nowata football has been underway for over a week-and-a-half now and are gearing towards an ending on Thursday after a team scrimmage. Coach Chance Juby and company are getting the wheels spinning again on a team and program that are going to have some higher expectations this season after some flashes that were shown last year.
Coach Juby said he was surprised to see the extra number of kids that have come out this spring compared to the previous year. Juby talks about some of those new faces.
As mentioned, the Ironmen will wrap up their spring football with a scrimmage Thursday morning from 9 am to 10:30. Coach Juby says that teams will be split evenly and everybody will get a bunch of reps.
