OKWU Fall Sports Promising

Expectations are high at Oklahoma Wesleyan's athletic department this fall, after the Wesleyan athletic department won three KCAC championships this time of year in 2023.

Eagle fall athletics have begun for the 2024 season this season.

OKWU Athletic Director Kirk Kelley says he's excited for all the Eagles players, coaches, and staff members.

There is good reason to be excited for OKWU sports, volleyball and men's and women's soccer picked to finish first in the KCAC in the NAIA preseason polls.

Kelley says with the high expectations, everyone is ready to get started.

Eagle Volleyball opens the season on Tuesday on the road in a tri in Columbia, MO, while women's soccer opens the season against Lindsey Wilson College on Thursday. Men's soccer started the season on Saturday at home against Northeastern Oklahoma A&M.
