OKWU women's basketball poised for strong season

Oklahoma Wesleyan Women's Basketball will start the season on Saturday Oct 26 at Barclay College and the Lady Eagles focus has been on improvement. OKWU went 10-18 overall last season, but return a large portion of the squad. 3rd Year Head Coach Heidi Messer says there is a lot of excitement around the program.
 
Messer says that the offseason went well for her team and feels she has the team to find success this year.
 
Select OKWU basketball games will be broadcasted on KPGM 99.1 and KWON throughout the season.
