One More Day Til Indians Baseball
Only one more day until the Doenges Toyota Indians are back into action, as Bartlesville will have its final home games of the year this week.
The Indians begin pool play in the Stan Musial World Series on Wednesday afternoon. Bartlesville is in a three-team pool. The Tribe are guaranteed two games in the event, Wednesday at 4:30 and Thursday at 6:30. Both will be seven-inning contests.
If Bartlesville can advance by winning the Doenges pool play, the Indians will be in Chickasha for semifinals on Friday, with the finals on Saturday.
If the Tribe are unable to advance to the semis and finals, Bartlesville will get some extra home games on Friday and Saturday.
The Indians are 20-9-2 on the year. We will have the 4:30 game on Wednesday afternoon on Sports Talk 99.1 FM and 1500 AM – KPGM and on KWONTV.com.
