Pawhuska Blows Out Cashion
For a second consecutive week, the Pawhuska Huskies got out to a quick start, making it a quick and easy 54-6 win at Cashion on Friday.
The Huskies scored four first quarter touchdowns with Traven Richardson being responsible for three of those and this run by JoJo Hendren was the fourth.
The Huskies led 40-0 at halftime, leading to a running clock in the second half. After an 82-0 win over Caney Valley, it looked like the Huskies were going to have back-to-back shutouts, but a score with 26 seconds left in the game ended that seven quarter scoreless streak.
With Richardson’s three touchdowns, he was our Patriot Auto Group Player of the game. Up next for the undefeated Huskies is a trip to Hominy for the Battle of the Osage.
