Positives in Bruin Loss to Claremore

At Custer Stadium, Bartlesville High let special teams’ miscues and a bad start spoil the beginning of their season on Friday night.
Claremore came away with a week one victory over the Bruins. Zebras topped BHS 28-27.
Bartlesville scored 20 unanswered at one point before a missed PAT would allow Claremore to take the lead with 36 seconds left.
The Bruins faced some adversity in the second half after their starting quarterback in Nate Neal went out with an injury.
Head coach Harry Wright says there are some positives despite the tough loss.
First time since 2019 that Bartlesville is 0-1.
The Bruins will host Sapulpa this Friday night on KWON and KWONTV.com.
