Thunder Evens WCF

The Oklahoma City Thunder evened up the Western Conference Finals at 1-1 after a nearly wire-to-wire win over the San Antonio Spurs.

OKC won it 122-113.

The MVP looked more like the MVP, as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 30 points while Chet Holmgren, Jared McCain and Cason Wallace were all in double-figures.

This McCain three-pointer at the end of the third quarter continued to give Oklahoma City some separation.

The win maybe had a cost, as Jalen Williams left the contest early nursing his left hamstring and did not return. The Thunder listed the injury as “tightness.” This is the same leg that held him out of the previous six playoff games before returning in game one of this series against San Antonio.

Game three of the set moves to Texas on Friday night, Spurs open as 1.5-point favorite on Sports Talk 99.1 FM - KPGM.
