Thunder Still Surging
It is eight in a row for the Oklahoma City Thunder, technically, as OKC survived an early threat from the Washington Wizards on Monday night, 123-105.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 41 points and gave Washington their 21st loss in the Wizard’s past 23 games.
J Dub had 17 points as well. The Thunder was up only four into the fourth quarter but took control with a 19-3 run to start the final quarter of play.
This steal from Alex Caruso led to an SGA bucket.
OKC is off for the next two days and will next go to Indiana to face the Pacers on Thursday night.
Thunder is 23-5 and leads the Rockets by 2.5 games for first place in the Western Conference.
Oklahoma City Thunder games air locally on Sports Talk 99.1 FM - KPGM.
