Thunder Needs Crucial Game 2 Win

A crucial game two of the Western Conference Finals upcoming tonight for the Oklahoma City Thunder. OKC trails the San Antonio Spurs 1-0 in the best-of-seven series after the Spurs won the first matchup on Monday night.

It was a 122-115 loss in double-overtime for Oklahoma City.

The Thunder didn’t get great nights from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren or Ajay Mitchell, who all three have led OKC at different points in the postseason.

Oklahoma City head coach Mark Daigneault says figuring out an opponent is something this Thunder team has started to hone over their run the past few years.

Slowing down San Antonio superstar Victor Wembanyama will be critical, as well. Wemby had 41 points and 24 rebounds along with several altered shots defensively.

Another 7:30 tip on Wednesday night from the Paycom Center in downtown OKC.

We will have the game on the radio for you on Sports Talk 99.1 FM – KPGM and 100.1 HD-2 - KPGM. Your home for the Thunder in NE Oklahoma.
